Crew Dogs LLC wanted a UI audit of their current app prototype. We decided to accept their offer and decided to tackle it looking at the world beyond the product. The outcome of the audit served as the basis for improving the user experience. As a result, the Neil Diamond team was tasked with redesigning the app.

Despite having to quickly learn about the users, the Audit clarified the problems, guiding our redesign to create a simple, clean, and seamless user experience.

After numerous experiments and brainstorming sessions (based on user behaviour), we worked together with the team crew dogs to establish an acceptable and functional structure which enabled us to create a simple yet seamless user interface for the Initial MVP
